Always made to feel welcome, friendly team. Any questions I had were answered without problems. Handover exceeded expectations, Gary took the time to set up my phone in the car and walked me through all of the features.

As above, still waiting over a week to be called back regarding car settings. Also had to chase up callback to originally have the car booked in for a service and mot as there was no one available when I originally called.

No fault was found or repairs made so £150 was a lot to pay for an hour's worth of diagnostics tests, whereas our local mechanic would waive the fee (or charge a lot less for their time) if they couldn't find anything to fix.
