As above, still waiting over a week to be called back regarding car settings. Also had to chase up callback to originally have the car booked in for a service and mot as there was no one available when I originally called.

No fault was found or repairs made so £150 was a lot to pay for an hour's worth of diagnostics tests, whereas our local mechanic would waive the fee (or charge a lot less for their time) if they couldn't find anything to fix.
